On the Flood Route

When the floods came to the Valley in November Karen Smith needed to be inventive to keep her permanents streak alive. She came up with a hub and spokes route using her local Chilliwack roads, with her home as the hub. Two weeks later Colin Fingler join her on the route. They both had stories to tell.
