Les Grandes Épreuves Cyclists Sur Route

This is a history of the first three PBPs (1891, 1901 and 1911). It appeared in the September 1st issue of Le Miroir Des Sports (weekly). It is a backgrounder for the 1921 PBP scheduled for later that week - September 2-4.
