Jean Richard (PBPs 1966 & 1971) says this is: "Détée
and Bulté in front of "Aux trois obus" (To the
three shells), the parisian pub where PBP finished until 1966.
The picture is perhaps from 1956 when Détée and
Bulté finished first (along with Routens and Jouffrey
in 50:29)."
